Reading today’s panel, it looks as though Bud is a natural athlete. Lucky for him, Bud wasn’t tripped on the sidelines by a certain NY Jets trainer! Actually, Bud could probably teach the Jets a thing or two about how to score a touchdown, especially the way they have been playing the past two games!
While Bud successfully made his way down the field, around the corner, up the block and all the way home to tell his Dad about his touchdown, something tells us that he will also stop by his kitchen for a celebratory snack before he heads back to the field. Talk about a victory lap!

It’s very annoying to lose something, especially when you distinctly remember that you put it somewhere specific, only to find it not there when you need or want it. In today’s panel, Lily can’t find her chocolate bar. She doesn’t have to conduct a wide or long search for it because Bud admits pretty quickly and rather proudly that he ate it!
